Annual recurring cost × term months ÷ 12 + one-time setup fee.

Annualized cost

Total commitment × 12 ÷ term months. This spreads the setup fee across the contract and allows a like-for-like comparison with the annual budget.

Requested difference

The supplier’s annualized cost minus the proposed annualized cost. The counteroffer is a request. A shorter commitment is not a cash saving, and supplier acceptance is unconfirmed.

Amounts are AED. Costs and approval policy are calculated by the server from the stored terms. Annual deal budget: AED 1,080,000 (BUDGET-001).
